The Job 

Working in a multi-faceted venue (beverage, gaming), the Assistant Venue Manager, reporting directly to the Venue Manager has key responsibilities including managing the day to day operations of the venue, maintaining immaculate venue presentation and atmosphere, leading a strong team of bartenders and supervisors and ensuring the guest experience is to the Merivale standard.
This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door of Sydney’s largest hospitality business. We are looking for experienced Managers that have:

  • A strong eye for gaming and compliance, 
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a management position
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to bring ideas and initiatives to the table
  • A passion for leading and developing people
