The Venue 

Jimmy’s Falafel, is the ultimate twist on a traditional Lebanese eatery, with a menu inspired by all corners of the middle east, including Egypt, Israel and Lebanon. Teleport to Tel Aviv; this will be the ultimate destination to hang out, share plates and chat ‘til late. Don’t let the unique design fool you into thinking this place is like your typical takeaway shop; our open space will be split in two – grab some takeaway eatery from the kiosk at the front, or make your way down to the bar for a more personalised seated dining experience offering mezze style dishes.

 

The vibe will be eclectic and energetic, just what you need if you feel like and upbeat atmosphere with traditional music flowing through your veins. We must warn you to come with an empty stomach…

 

Headed up by chef Simon Zalloua, guests can enjoy a vegetarian-friendly menu with a range of flavour-packed plates and pitas, alongside plenty of legumes, vegetables and dishes from a charcoal grill. Order a round of drinks and make yourself at home, after all we are all about family, and sharing!

 

The Role

This is an incredible opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to learn from a team of passionate hospitality professionals. We are looking for Hospitality Leaders who are committed to imbedding themselves in the team & venue, connecting authentically with the community and our guests.

In a nutshell, you will need to

 

  • Understand how to deliver exemplary guest experience. This incredible new venue will feel warm and welcoming with a casual tone of engagement. Underpinned by knowledgeable, professional execution.
  • Lead & Coach a diverse team of people. Ensuring that team culture is guest focused, community led, and sales driven.
  • Competency to drive the financial results of the department. Be sales focused, create and lead the team to execute revenue initiatives. Demonstrate proven results in management of financial controls.
  • Passion for product. Support the extraordinary team of chefs and guarantee you and your teams have a detailed knowledge of the product.
  • Establish a healthy working environment for the team – enjoyable, educational, results focused and respectful.
