Every detail of Felix has been considered - from the imported French chandeliers, to parisian subway tiles and the beautiful pewter bar. Head chef Mike Flood has created a produce-driven menu of divine food; think chicken liver pâté, gruyère soufflé and steak frites. The Role

A rare and exciting opportunity has become available to join Felix as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.

We are looking for someone driven and motivated, focused on driving business performance, who can build, develop and lead a high performing team, and most importantly someone who has a passion for creating memorable guest experiences that are second to none. 

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be supporting all the duties of the Restaurant Manager as well as motivating and driving the venue to success.


Working side by side with senior management you will:


  • Have a strong focus on delivering high standards and exceptional product
  • Lead from the front, ensuring your team understand what exceptional looks like everyday
  • Hands-on and operational
  • Understand and own your financials. Be a numbers person and challenge revenue driving opportunities
  •  Develop the skills of the staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest relationships
  • Managing day to day operations with sophistication and passion
