An exciting opportunity to work in a multi-faceted venue as an Assistant Operations Manager has become available and we are looking for someone who can continue to drive this venue and take your locals favourite beverage, food and gaming area to the next level. Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you will have key responsibilities including managing the day to day operations of the venue, maintaining immaculate venue presentation and atmosphere, control of financials and most importantly lead a strong team of bartenders and supervisors to ensure oiur guest experience is to the Merivale standard.
  
This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door of Sydney’s largest hospitality business. We are looking for an experienced manager that has:

  • A strong eye for gaming and compliance
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a management position
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to bring ideas and initiatives to the table
  • A passion for leading and developing people
