The Role
The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, with additional support across Accounts Receivable and Expense Management. This includes ensuring accurate and timely payments, maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and contributing to process improvements in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.
Your Responsibilities are:
- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing, including accurate entries of high volume of invoices (c. 25,000 per month across the team) and facilitating timely domestic and international supplier payments
- Maintenance of supplier relationships including onboarding, responding to queries and frequent statement reconciliations
- Accurate expense coding across multiple business entities
- Performing reconciliations for bank accounts, corporate credit cards and staff reimbursements
- Contributing to system upgrades and new process rollouts
The Essentials
- Minimum of 3 years Accounts Payable experience at similarly sized high volume environment
- Experience with large ERP and expense management systems. SunSystems, Basware and Concur experience highly regarded.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, particularly during busy periods
