The Role
We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sous Chef to join the fun and passionate team, you will be working alongside the Head Chef to help manage, lead and inspire a team of 20+ chefs.
You will have:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in casual dining restaurants.
- Good knowledge of different cooking techniques and an understanding of Italian cuisine is a bonus.
- Someone who can hold their own in a busy service while staying professional and guiding chefs.
- Good communication, organisation and technical skills.
- Confident in leading the kitchen, adapting to situations and working across any section when required.
- Be creative and have a passion for good food and driving a team.
- Experience in COGS, P&L’s and kitchen admin.
