The Roles
We’re building a strong pizza section and are looking for:

• Pizza Chefs of all levels — from junior pizzaiolos to senior pizza chefs
• Cooks and chefs with a passion for dough, fermentation and wood-fired cooking
• Individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-quality kitchens
• Team players who want to grow, learn and help shape a new venue

You’ll bring:

• Experience working with pizza dough — stretching, shaping and cooking in a wood-fired oven
• A strong understanding (or genuine interest) in fermentation and consistency
• Great communication and the ability to work as part of a tight-knit team
• Energy, pride in your craft and a desire to be part of an opening
