The Venue 

Located in the heart of Randwick, The DOG is a local favourite perfect for families and friends to catch up, with a wide variety of beers on tap to help you wash down that perfectly cooked schnitzel. The food offering consists of elevated bistro food, think juicy rotisserie chicken with radicchio and butter leaf salad and fresh grilled Barramundi with kombu cream and sea vegetables. If it's something more classic you’re after there’s chicken schnitty’s, classic burgers and a choice of 3 cuts of steak. 

The Role 

We are on the lookout for a CDP that thrive in a busy pub environment. If you are looking for your next challenge and can bring the following skills: 

• 2+ years’ experience in Pubs, Bistros or Restaurants 

• Thrive working in a busy pub environment 

• Can manage a section and has experience on the grill

• Good organisation, attention to detail and communication
