The Venue

Set in a funky, narrow, three-story building on leafy Victoria St Potts Point, Ms G's does things a little differently - and it works. From the pink neon front door to graffiti-covered walls, communal tables, and moody lighting this one of Sydney's trendiest hipster hangs. It's purposely 'street' and a bit punk but the menu is one that truly holds its own! 


Our playful approach to cooking criss-crosses various Asian cuisines (please don’t make us say ‘fusion’) and borrows from others. As long as the dishes we create are balanced, textural and delicious, it works for us. And with executive chef Dan Hong leading the charge, we’re in good hands. Who can argue with cheeseburger spring rolls?


The Role
We're looking for a Commis Chef who can hit the ground running, the most important part for us is finding someone with the right amount of spunk - you need to be passionate, hungry - we're talking career wise, but appetite is always a good thing in the kitchen. We want you to love Asian food and flavours, we can teach you the ins and outs, but you have to love it to really enjoy it!
