As long as the dishes we create are balanced, textural and delicious, it works for us. And with executive chef Dan Hong leading the charge, we’re in good hands. The Role
We're looking for a Casual Chef de Partie who can hit the ground running, the most important part for us is finding someone with the right amount of spunk - you need to be passionate, hungry - we're talking career wise, but appetite is always a good thing in the kitchen. We want you to love Asian food and flavours, we can teach you the ins and outs, but you got to love it to really enjoy it!
To be successful in this role you must:

2+ years’ experience in a similar position, working in casual or high-end restaurants.

Preferably have experience working in an Asian restaurant

Provide consistent quality to the food and work practices

Be professional and organised with good communication
-
Keen to learn and develop, be well organised and can train junior staff.
