The Venue

Originally opened in 2002, Lotus was the Potts Point hotspot know for big flavours and late-night vibes. We are back and open for business, with Dan Hong yet again at the helm.

Lotus 2.0 has seen the return of cult classics like the cheeseburger, tuna with sweet wasabi and hot fudge sundae, along with new fuss-free, super tasty, Asian inspired dishes.


The Job

We are looking for a casual CDP who is eager to learn and be part of a small and friendly team, some of the attributes that we are looking for are:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a high-end restaurant or wine bar
  • A team player that has all round kitchen experience
  • A good attitude, attention to detail and a passion for great food
  • Organised, presentable and responsible
  • Experience in Asian cuisine is a plus but not essential
