Warm and welcoming, Fred's is designed to feel just like home. Dedicated to sustainable produce and the people who farm it, Venue Head Chef Danielle Alvarez builds her menu around seasonality and combines old-world techniques with innovation.

Linger over a meal at Fred’s and appreciate life’s simple luxuries: the first peas of spring, greens pulled from the garden hours before they reach your plate, figs bursting with juicy sweetness, freshly churned butter, hand-made pasta and bread baked in the hearth daily.


The Role
An exciting concept for the Sydney restaurant scene, Fred's offers a high-quality, produce led, seasonal menu that changes often. We are searching for an incredible CDP that lives for simple food that is created with the best quality ingredients, sourced regionally. 

Working with a small brigade of chefs, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from the best and develop your skills. Everything will be handmade in this kitchen, using an intricate technique. We are searching for someone who is an intuitive chef and is looking to develop, has good communication and presentation as you will be working in a very open kitchen with guest interaction occurring.
