The Venue 

Merivale is currently looking for chefs to join our teams across Sydney CBD and eastern suburbs. From our high-end dining restaurants such as Felix and Hotel Centennial, to our more relaxed and casual venues like the Cafe at the stadium, The Dog at Randwick and The Chicken Shop at Paddington. You will be joining a company that is continually growing and where opportunity is abundant. The Role 

We are on the lookout for Chef de Parties to join our kitchen teams across a range of venues restaurants to cafes and pubs. Our venues have a great selection of cuisine from French and Italian to modern Australian, the venues are busy and vibrant places to work with the real opportunity to grow your career and develop your skills.  

You'd be a great fit, if you can bring the following skill set to Merivale: 

  • Have 2+ years' experience in a similar role 

  • Be adaptable, organized and have a keen eye for detail 

  • Have experience managing and owning a variety of sections across the kitchen 

  • Be confident in your communication and attitude  

  • Have experience training and guiding junior staff 

  • Be confident in managing stock levels 

  • Want to work in a fun and supportive environment
