The Venue

Wander down the stairs via Fred’s restaurant and you’ll find yourself in our intimate basement bar. Blending seasonality with technology, this creative team take an innovative approach to drink-making. Working with local producers, the cocktail list is crafted around seasonal produce and botanicals.

At Charlie Parkers, we do things a little differently. We have a massive sustainability footprint and aim to create a culture around cocktails that in turn impacts the environment in a good way. Our rooftop is full of fresh produce that we teach our bartenders how to create infusions that will keep our guests coming back every week for our revolving cocktail list.

The Role

It really is a new week, every week at Charlie's and we are looking for creative, innovative and engaging Bartenders to add to this already legendary team. We are after people who are serious about their craft, so ideally you will join this team already well-versed on cocktails, with a relentless passion for creating new and inspiring flavour combinations.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Extensive experience as a cocktail bartender in high volume, fast-paced bars
• Commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience, good bar banter is a must!
• A love for working with a team.
