The Role

Our Cellar teams know what it takes to deliver a guest experience like no other. As we prepare for another busy and successful year, we are on the lookout for a Cellar Manager across the precinct in Paddington.

This is a great opportunity for a Cellar Manager who is a true hospitality professional at heart looking to bring their skills and experience to an exciting new venture in their career. We are looking for someone with strong cellar management experience who is committed to embedding themselves in a team and venue.

 

Insight into the day in the life of this role:

 

  • Successful candidate will assist with overall operation of the cellar & bar back teams
  • Maintaining the cellar/BOH areas
  • Stock control and assisting with spot checks and stocktakes
  • Invoicing and rostering
  • Beer line maintenance and cleaning
  • Manual handling/maintaining a safe work environment
  • Changing kegs and post mix
  • Some data entry – working with our stock control system Receiving and distribution of goods throughout the precinct
