The Role
The Paddington is on the hunt for vibrant, outgoing and confident Assistant Restaurant Manager to complement our management team.
We are a team that are driven in creating memorable guest experiences and always striving to be the best at what we do, especially heading into our busiest period yet. If you are passionate about all things hospitality and genuinely enjoy making guests feel great every time they walk in the venue, then this is the role for you.
You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead a team of experienced wait staff and team leaders, ensuring you are accountable for training and up-skilling the wider team around product and service. You’ll manage day to day operations of the restaurant and have absolute dedication to provide an outstanding guest experience and a personal touch to your style with ability to motivate and drive a team. Additionally, your attention to detail is second to none, you'll show initiative, be focussed and always own the result.
To really succeed in this role we are looking for experienced Managers that have:
- Experience managing large and diverse team of experienced staff
- Experience working in a high-volume environment
- Exceptional product knowledge and ability to drive consistency and excellence
- Business and operational acumen
- Skills to develop staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest relationships
