Located on the stunning NSW south coast, Narooma is situated right on the waters of Wagonga inlet and the South Pacific Ocean. Merivale aims to bring everything that we love about hospitality to the wonderful and diverse coastline community.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity in Narooma for quality and talented Cooks and Chefs of all levels to join the team on a full-time and casual basis.


We currently have roles across all of our venues in Narooma:


Quarterdeck - A menu that champions the freshest produce the South Coast has to offer, alongside re-imagined tiki-style cocktails.


Lynch’s - A heritage hotel serving up a variety of pub classics.


Queen Chow - Cantonese classics meet the freshest produce on the South Coast.


The Inlet - Top local spot for fresh caught seafood and takeaway


The ideal person will have the following experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar kitchen environment.
  • A passion for food and cooking.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team.
  • Calm under pressure, with good communication.
  • Eager to learn and grow.
