The Opportunity  

This is a great opportunity in Narooma for quality and talented Chefs to join the team with full time and casual positions available. We have multiple venues including The Quarterdeck, Lynch’s and The Inlet. All offering a different style of casual dining and cuisine. 

 

What we are looking for: 

 

  • Chef de Parties 

  • Demi Chefs 

  • Commis Chefs 

  • Kitchen Hands 

 

Chef Experience: 

  

  • 2+ years relevant experience in restaurants, pubs or casual dining venues. 

  • Knowledge around different cuisines and cooking techniques.  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with an eye for detail. 

  • Good organisation, a team player and can motivate others. 

  • An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices.
