The Venue
Merivale has been hard at work behind the scenes to deliver a fresh and exciting hospitality experience to Sydney’s key stadiums at Moore Park– the SCG and the new Allianz Stadium (SFS). The stadiums host some of Sydney’s biggest events including concerts performed by leading international artists and major sporting events. The SCG or SFS, have a wide range of Merivale favourites, including Queen Chow, Totti’s and Jimmy’s Falafel, and many more.
The Role
We’re on the hunt for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to help bring Merivale’s signature flavours to life across our stadium venues. Working alongside our Head Chef, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring consistency, efficiency and energy across a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ideally, we are looking for someone that has the following experience:
- At least 3+ years in a Sous Chef role within a similar environment.
- Focused on organisation, quality, and consistency.
- Experience working in fast-paced high-volume venues.
- Have availability across weekends and game days.
- Organised, responsible and hands on in the kitchen.
