Just 10 minutes from the heart of Sydney's CBD, the newest addition to Merivale has opened, this high-end café delivers excellence daily. The space will serve as a place for members and their guests to hang out and grab a bite to eat after a swim or workout.

The Role

We are looking for a of talented, energetic, highly skilled Barista to join the team. This is a role for someone who knows their way around a coffee machine and delivers an excellent guest experience each time.

The service model will suit an early riser, someone who can handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining amazing guest and coffee standards.

Main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring product consistency, speed and quality of coffee and other beverages.
• Leading by example, fostering a positive environment and employee experience.
• Building and maintaining relationships with guests and VIP’s.
• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the venue, opening and closing procedure, team leadership and delivering service excellence.
