Production Chef | Mascot Production Kitchen
The Venue
Our production kitchen is located in Mascot and is at the heart of Merivale. It is a dedicated space with the latest equipment and tools to support multiple venues with the production of key products such as pasta for Totti’s, pizza dough for Vinnies Pizza, and pita bread for Jimmy’s. Our chefs specialise in delivering consistent product to Merivale venues.
The Role
We are looking for full-time Junior Sous Chef and Chef de Parties for our pasta and pizza teams at Mascot Production. This is the perfect opportunity to take on a new opportunity or excel in the batch production setup. You will be part of the team responsible for making fresh pasta, pizza dough, pita bread and similar products from scratch.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

Experience in bulk production, catering or similar environment.

Dough or pasta making experience is ideal, but we can teach you everything you need to know!

Organised with an eye for detail and consistency, great attitude and work ethic.

Happy to work in a production kitchen environment, completing similar tasks daily.

Comfortable with an early start on a weekday roster, with occasional weekend work.
This is a physical and manual job that requires lifting and moving items around the kitchen.
