This iconic inner west local has something for everyone, whether you’re settling in on the deck for beers and something sizzling from the kitchen, catching a gig by a local band, or getting your friends together for a game of basketball.  

The Role 

We are on the lookout for superstar Cooks and Commis Chefs to join the team at The Vic. The menu is varietal and features dishes from the outdoor charcoal BBQ and rotisserie. You will be joining a team that values growth and development and will be given the opportunity to work your way around the kitchen.  

To be successful in this role you must: 

• Have experience in a fast-paced kitchen and a passion for food 

• Provide consistent quality to the food and work practices  

• Be professional and organised with good communication  

• Have good knife skills and can follow direction
