Award winning modern Cantonese restaurant Queen Chow located on the busy bustling Enmore road. This eatery serves Hong Kongese street food and yum cha-inspired delicacies in a glamorous old-school imperial dining house.
Everything is made in-house and using the best produce by an inspiring well-rounded team of Chefs, that are passionate about learning the intricacies of balance and texture in Cantonese cuisine.
The Role
We are looking for a driven and competent Chef De Partie to join the team on a full-time basis. The ideal person will have the following experience:

1 - 2 years cooking in high-end restaurants and at a CDP level.

Experience in Asian kitchens or a passion for Asian cooking ideal.

Able to work in a fast-paced team and environment.

Calm under pressure with good communication and attention to detail.

Experience on wok ideally but not essential.
