The Venue 

Award winning modern Cantonese restaurant Queen Chow located on the busy bustling Enmore road. This eatery serves Hong Kongese street food and yum cha-inspired delicacies in a glamorous old-school imperial dining house. Everything is made in-house and using the best produce by an inspiring well-rounded team of Chefs, that are passionate about learning the intricacies of balance and texture in Cantonese cuisine. 

The Role 

We are looking for driven and competent Chef De Parties to join the team on a full-time basis. The ideal person will have the following experience: 

• 2+ years cooking in high-end restaurants. 

• Experience in Asian kitchens or a passion for Asian cooking ideal. 

• Able to work in a fast-paced team and environment.  

• Calm under pressure with good communication and attention to detail. 

• Experience on wok section ideally.
