The Venue

This multi-faceted venue holds four indoor and outdoor bars, a huge wrap-around balcony with the best sea views, and a mouth-watering Mediterranean menu, you’re guaranteed a good time.

 

The Role

As the Restaurant Manager at Coogee Pavilion ground level, you are the face of the restaurant and a warm and welcome face to the local community.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for the front of house operation and driving the financial result, lead a large and diverse team of experienced staff, developing them, upskilling them, and driving them to deliver an exceptional guess experience all at the same time maintaining a fun and caring team culture.

 

Working in a senior management role you will:

  • Lead and coach a diverse team of people. Ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything you do
  • Understand and own your financials. Be a numbers person and challenge revenue driving opportunities
  • Be hands-on and operational.
  • Know your product. Drive a culture of learning to guarantee you and your teams know our product inside out
  • And (of course), make sure every guest has an exceptional experience every time
