Drawing on this, Executive Chef Jordan Toft presents a menu with a unique sense of place and a Mediterranean soul.
The stunning open kitchen concept is a chefs dream with a separate pastry kitchen purpose built to create an elegant, mature pastry offering reminiscent of European techniques infused with a hint of nostalgic Australian flavour. Think chocolate sabayon tarte, perfectly baked banana souffle finished with creme fraiche sorbet or expertly made pineapple rum baba.
The Role
Working alongside our experienced team you will assist in mise en place and service for the pastry team. Your passion and dedication to pastry will propel you forward as part of this motivated, professional team.
To be successful in this role:

You will have an eye for detail, and always look to improve yourself and the product.

Ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience as a senior pastry chef.

Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and can support the head pastry chef in the day-to-day running of the section.

Are well presented, organised, and can work to a timeline and high standard.
