The Role

We are on the hunt for a Commis Chef to join the team at Coogee Pavilion. This is a busy venue and you will be working in an open style kitchen. We are looking for someone that can bring:

 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a casual or bistro style restaurant
  • Good communication and attitude
  • Good knife skills and can work during a busy service
  • Experience on larder and fryer section
