The Venue

Welcome to Coogee Pavilion, or as the locals call it ‘The Pav’. The ground floor is perfect for family get together and casual meals. The menu itself has be created with seaside dining I mind; from sashimi and freshly shucked oysters, to family friendly burgers, wood-fired pizzas and the kid’s menu.

The Role

We are looking for a full-time Pizza CDP and CDP for the hot kitchen, the ideal candidates will enjoy working in a large team, in a fast-paced kitchen.

What makes you a great fit for this role:

• 2+ years’ experience as a CDP
• Proficient working with a wood-fired pizza oven or managing a section with grill experience.
• Great communication and a team player
• Professional with a good attitude and attention to detail
• Well-presented and comfortable working in an open kitchen.
