The Venue

Una Mas is situated on the middle floor of the iconic Coogee Pavilion, with a vibe that makes you feel like you could be sitting by the European coast. Una Mas, meaning ‘one more’ is a delight to behold, drawing the dinners in with its marble bench tops and open kitchen concept. Customers can enjoy some uncomplicated, well executed and flavoursome food that speaks to the flavours of the Med, think Spain, Italy and Croatia. The kitchen has the very best equipment with the plancha ‘grill’ at the heart of it. You will be working in a small team of 4 chefs that are dedicated professionals and are focused on producing great food.


The Role

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position
  • A background in high end restaurants, wine bars or brasseries
  • Confident working in front of guest, with a positive attitude
  • Organised, clean, and professional
  • Keen to learn and grow in your career
