The Venue

Coogee Pav middle floor boasts 3 different options, will’s Cocktail Bar, Una Mas tapas wine bar and mimi’s dining room, that looks like it’s been plucked straight off the European coastline. Each venue will has its own unique identity, creating exceptional food and drinks and unforgettable experiences, right on the doorstep of Coogee’s sun-soaked coastline.

We are on the lookout for chefs to join us in this exciting, multi-faceted, gastronomic journey. The venues are high end, with open concept kitchens, offering an interactive guest dining experience. The kitchen is well equipped with all the latest mod cons and is the focal point of the restaurant. Executive chef Jordan Toft is at the helm, producing a menu inspired by the best seasonal and local produce, pulling on flavours from the Med and Europe, with an interior to match.

 

Experience 

This is a great opportunity to join the stable and talented team at mimi's, Coogee's premium dining experience. What you can bring to the team:

 

  • 2+ years experience in the relevant position
  • Experience in high-end, hatted or fine dining restaurants
  • Organised, well presented, and professional
  • Eager to learn and with a passion for good food
  • The ability to work in an open, fast-paced kitchen
  • A great attitude and work ethic and detailed knowledge of produce
