The Venue

Downstairs offers everything from wood-fired pizzas to the freshest oysters and sashimi. Venture upstairs to the Rooftop for that perfect sunset destination, overlooking spectacular ocean views, where you can enjoy Mediterranean bites whilst sipping on a cocktail.

The Role

We are on the hunt for a strong CDP to join the team at Coogee Pavilion. This is a busy venue right on the beach front, with multiple food outlets including a sushi bar and pizza kitchen. We are looking for someone that can bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in a casual or bistro style restaurant
• Experience across the kitchen with experience on grill, pans and fish prep would be ideal
• Good communication, attitude an attention to detail
• Good knife skills and has high-volume experience
• Can manage a section if at CDP level and train junior staff
• Enjoy working in a fun and supporting environment
