Barista | Coogee Ground

The Venue  

Welcome to Coogee Pavilion, or as the locals call it, ‘The Pav’. The venue is perfect for family get-togethers and casual meals. The menu itself has been created with seaside dining in mind; from sashimi and freshly shucked oysters to family friendly burgers, wood-fired pizzas and kids’ meals. With an array of entertainment in the games area, guests can enjoy a fun, laid-back atmosphere while sipping on cold-pressed juices or boutique coffee. 

The Role 

We are looking for a talented, energetic, and highly skilled Barista to join the team on a casual basis. This is a role for someone who knows their way around a coffee machine and delivers an excellent guest experience each time. 

The service model will suit an early riser, someone who can handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining amazing guest and coffee standards. 

To be successful in one of these roles you must: 

• Ensure product consistency, speed and quality of coffee and other beverages. 

• Build and maintain great relationships with guests. 

• Lead by example, fostering a positive environment and guest experience. 

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the venue to deliver service excellence.
