The Venue

The Collaroy, situated on the northern beaches, is a breathtaking beachfront venue with a focus on family, fun, and fantastic food. We aim to show every guest the best of beach life with a seafood-focused menu upstairs and a family-friendly pizza bar downstairs. Our goal is to make this iconic beach destination feel like home to locals, a vacation from the bustle of the city for visitors, and a place to grab a coffee before you hit the surf. 

The Role

We are on the search for charismatic, enthusiastic, and driven Front of House staff who are focused on creating amazing experiences for our guests and want to develop their hospo skills over the summer.
