The Venue

Welcome to The Collaroy, a laidback eatery serving freshly shucked oysters, wood-fired pizza with a beachside backdrop you’ll find hard to leave. Come in for a bite to eat (we serve food from midday), and hang around for an afternoon drink on the outdoor terrace, while taking in sweeping northerly views across the peninsula.
When it comes to our menu, there’s plenty to choose from – whether it’s a slice from Vinnie’s Pizza or a selection of delicious snacks to enjoy with wine in hand. We are all about keeping things casual, but also offer table service at our upstairs restaurant. Think local seafood, vibrant salads and meats from the charcoal grill. We’ve also got DJs upstairs on the weekends, and Salsa every Friday night.

The Role

We are looking for our next talented and energetic Kitchen Hand that have the drive to go outside the box, to help in the kitchen, and jump in where needed.

To be successful in this role you must:

• Be driven and follow directions well
• Have a good work ethic
• Have some previous experience in a kitchen hand role
• Want to be part of fun and dynamic teams
• Availability over the weekend.
