The Role

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is passionate about seasonal produce to drive quality and consistency within the team.

The ideal candidate will possess: 

  • 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Passion for leading and developing new chefs.
  • Food safety knowledge and experience across the kitchen.
  • Good communication and attitude.
  • Adaptable, organised, and professional with an eye for detail.
