About the role

We are on the lookout for a Sommelier to bring a high standard of service and guest engagement. This role is perfect for someone who is a team player, can share their wine knowledge and inspire their team to deliver exceptional service. 

The right candidate would need to be comfortable in a fast paced, casual style restaurant, familiar with Italian food and both classic and natural wine styles. Ideally you will have several years’ experience and accreditation from The Court of Master Sommeliers and/or WSET, but we definitely want you to be passionate, organised and a team player thirsty to share your knowledge with the rest of the team.
