What You’ll Bring
- You’ve spent a couple of years in serious kitchens and know what good looks like
- You thrive in fast, high-volume service — and don’t shy away from the pressure
- You care about food: how it tastes, how it looks, how it’s shared
- You can confidently run a section and support those around you
- You communicate clearly, stay composed, and take pride in your standards
Experience with Italian cooking or wood fire is a bonus — but attitude, pace, and hunger to improve matter more.
