The Venue

Headed up by Mike Eggert of the much-loved Dirty Italian Disco pop-up, Totti’s is all about enjoying simple, delicious food.


The menu is made for sharing and is suited to all ages. Start with wood-fired bread made to order with small plates of local and house-made antipasto. Move on to flavour-packed pasta from Eggert, and then perhaps the chicken or fish, perfectly cooked in the Josper charcoal oven. And always leave room for dessert – tiramisu, sorbet and a Neapolitan ice-cream sandwich will take you back to the flavours of your childhood, but better.

 

The Job

We are on the lookout for a talented CDP/Junior Sous Chefs to join the enthusiastic and energetic team at Totti’s. If you have the following we are interested in chatting with you:

 

  • A passion for Italian cuisine, great produce and simple flavours
  • Wood-fired oven or Josper oven experience ideally, but we can train you up!
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant
  • Managed your own section and trained junior staff
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
