The Venue


Headed up by Mike Eggert of the much-loved Dirty Italian Disco pop-up, and Khan Danis, one of the best wood-fire chefs in the country, Totti’s is all about enjoying simple, delicious food.

The menu is made for sharing and is suited to all ages. Start with wood-fired bread made to order with small plates of local and house-made antipasto. Move on to flavour-packed pasta from Eggert, and then perhaps the chicken or fish, perfectly cooked by Khan in the Josper charcoal oven. And always leave room for dessert – tiramisu, sorbet and a Neopolitan ice-cream sandwich will take you back to the flavours of your childhood, but better.




We are on the lookout for a talented CDP Chef to join the enthusiastic and energetic team at Totti’s. If you have the following we are interested in chatting with you:


  • 1-2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant
  • Managed your own section and trained junior staff
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • A passion for Italian cuisine and great produce
