The Venues

2025 is shaping up to be one of Merivale's most exciting years yet, with several new venues set to open. We're currently on the lookout for talented individuals to join us at three new locations in Rose Bay, Paddington, and the Sydney CBD.

As we prepare to launch these highly anticipated venues, we're inviting expressions of interest from those eager to be part of what will be Sydney's standout openings of the year. While we can't reveal too much just yet, we'd love to hear from you!

Who we are looking for:

We are gearing up to open a brand-new, high-volume casual dining venue and are looking for dedicated chefs at all levels to be part of our opening team. If you have experience in fast-paced kitchen environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional food, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for chefs that can bring their skills and knowledge to this new opening, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. A great attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent organisational skills are key to helping us deliver an excellent guest experience.
