Learning Multimedia Designer | Merivale

As a Learning Multimedia Designer, you will play a key role in our Learning & Development Team developing innovative, high-impact learning solutions that leverage our learning technology ecosystem to enable employee high performance. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Learning & Development and People Experience to ensure that our multimedia learning assets are engaging, high quality, and aligned with our brand.  

This is an exciting opportunity to shape learning experiences that enhance our workforce’s knowledge, skills, and performance across Merivale’s venues.

Learning Multimedia Production

• Produce multimedia learning assets across digital and print formats using a range of design, authoring and AI-enabled tools.
• Transform approved learning content into engaging, accessible and user-friendly learning resources.
• Optimise assets for use across Merivale's learning platforms and digital channels.
• Maintain and update learning assets to ensure they remain accurate, relevant and effective.

Quality & Brand Governance

• Review learning assets to ensure they align with Merivale's brand standards, design principles and quality expectations.
• Partner with Learning Designers and subject matter experts to recommend appropriate multimedia solutions.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve the clarity, consistency and effectiveness of learning resources.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all Academy learning materials.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Explore new design techniques, technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve multimedia development.
• Identify opportunities to enhance learner engagement, streamline production processes and improve asset quality.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Merivale Academy's multimedia standards and design practices.
