The Venues
From the heart of Sydney’s CBD to the beachside buzz of Coogee, Ivy Coffee Shop and Coogee Pavilion are looking for passionate Baristas.

The Role 

We are looking for talented, energetic, highly skilled Baristas to join the team. This is a role for someone who knows their way around a coffee machine and delivers an excellent guest experience each time. 

If you have experience in a high-volume environment, are a team player and enjoy making peoples day. We would love to hear from you! 

Main responsibilities include: 

• Ensuring product consistency, speed and quality of coffee and other beverages. 
• Leading by example, fostering a positive environment and employee experience. 
• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the venue, opening and closing procedure, team leadership and delivering service excellence.
