IT Support Coordinator

The Role

We are after an IT Support Coordinator to join the technology team here at Merivale. Your role will be Technology Support for Match Day Events at Allianz Stadium and The SCG (Moore Park). The successful candidate will be working across Level 1 and 2 requests across multiple teams and escalating complex issues where required.

Your other responsibilities would be:

  • First point of contact for 1st level support via phone, email and in person.
  • Prioritising and resolving IT concerns and escalating to Service Desk Team as required
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including installation and replacement
  • Support of Mobile devices (Apple and Android devices) with MFA processes
  • User account and POS administration (POS ID, password resets)
  • Venue event & function preparation
  • Asset tracking of POS & Printer hardware
  • Occasional assistance with the HQ IT Service Desk Teams (as required)

 

This role is casual and would require you to work a flexible roster, across Wednesday-Sunday, mainly evenings.

Ideally you have

  • Hands-on IT Support experience preferred, but not essential
  • Experience working in fast paced, high-pressure environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an efficient team
  • Effective time management and clear communication skills
  • Ability to work a rotating roster
