The Venue 
Merivale proudly delivers the food and beverage offering across Sydney's iconic sporting venues at Moore Park – the SCG and Allianz Stadium. Home to some of the city's biggest sporting fixtures, concerts and live events, our stadiums welcome hundreds of thousands of guests each year.

Our stadium culinary offering is led by some of Merivale's top talent, including Executive Chefs Jordan Toft, Dan Hong, Mike Eggert, Ben Greeno and Vincenzo Biondini. The Role 
We're looking for driven and passionate CDP to join our established stadium culinary team.

Reporting to the senior kitchen team, you'll play an integral role in delivering high-quality food across the SCG and Allianz Stadium. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you'll help create exceptional dining experiences for thousands of guests attending Sydney's biggest sporting and entertainment events.

This is an opportunity to work alongside some of Merivale's most experienced chefs in purpose-built stadium kitchens, collaborating across multiple concepts and food outlets while maintaining the quality and consistency our brands are known for.

• Have at least 1+ year in a CDP role within a restaurant, bistro, or casual dining 
• You will be focused on organisation, quality, and consistency. 
• Ideally you will have experience working in fast-paced high-volume venues 
• Confident running a section and guiding junior staff 
• Have availability across weekends and game days 
• You will be working in some of Merivale’s most popular brands and will be expected to produce the same quality product whether in the restaurant or at the stadiums.
