The Role

We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join this well-established favourite. You will be managing the day-to-day operations of this bustling restaurant bars.

You will lead and develop a team, drive revenue, understand and manage stock, define and design the product offering and ensure the ambience of the bar is always on point.  

 

As Bar Manager you will be responsible for the following;

 

  • Drive revenue, consistency and excellence
  • Define & design the product offering
  • Ensure the ambience of the bar is always on point & that we are delivering an exceptional guest experience & an outstanding product.
  • Lead & develop a team of passionate staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest engagement
  • Manage & control stock
