The Role

We are after an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join the technology team here at Merivale. You will be able to work across a portfolio of some of Sydney’s most iconic and well-known restaurants and stadiums. Troubleshooting technical issues using tools and skills to resolve tickets at first point.

Overseeing and managing all aspects of audiovisual (AV) production within assigned venues

Act as Production Lead for venue events—manage logistics, suppliers, hires, admin, and communication.
Collaborate effectively across functions, engaging with key stakeholders, including senior teams, HQ departments, and third-party contractors, to ensure smooth operations.
Own and manage safety registers, SWMS, Safe Work Register, and maintenance calendar.

The Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll be a key leader within the Stadiums Events kitchen team. Reporting into the Sous and Head Chefs, you’ll help drive execution across busy event services, lead large teams through peak trade, and ensure quality, consistency and pace at scale.

This role suits a confident CDP or Junior Sous ready to step up in a high-energy, high-pressure environment. The Role

The Operations Manager of Establishment is hands-on and genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, developing the Hotel offering and understands hotel operations inside out. In this exciting and diverse role, you will join the Establishment precinct senior leadership team.

Not only will you be focused on the operation of the hotel including Front Office, Housekeeping and Concierge.

In addition to managing the daily operations of the Hotel, you will work closely with the General Manager on other aspects of the business including People Development and F&B.

You will be very well organised, have exceptional communication skills and have the capability to build strong rapports with guests and Merivale colleagues.
