The Venue

Ash St. Cellar is a European wine bar, in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Open Monday to Friday, from 7:30am for your breakfast meeting or lunch catch-up. Also the perfect spot for a relaxed glass of wine, European-inspired tapas and Sydney's best people watching.


Head chef Jake Ahrens creates European-inspired tapas with French, Italian and Spanish influences at this modern-style wine bar. Our wine list is curated by Franck Moreau, Merivale's award-winning master sommelier. This venue is busy & dynamic with buzzing services throughout the whole day. Providing an outstanding guest experience is at the core of everything we do. 


The Role
We are on the look-out for amazing wait staff to continue the success of our venue. The role suits an all-rounder with experience with wine and restaurant service. A minimum of 2 years relevant experience and a desire to deliver an outstanding guest experience is a must to be successful in this role.
