Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re in search of a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team of bright and accomplished HR professionals. With 70+ unique venues across Sydney, the Merivale Talent team is responsible for attracting and engaging hundreds of applicants every week.


A fast paced and rapidly changing environment, your focus will be leading and managing end to end recruitment for all our back of house vacancies across the business. Additionally, you’ll support the Head of Talent to manage the development, strategy and operations of the Talent function, and work as part of the broader cross-functional HR team to play an active role in HR projects and initiatives.


You’re responsible for executing effective sourcing strategies, driving talent campaigns and partnering with hiring managers to support, coach and influence talent initiatives. On any given day you’ll be posting jobs ad, screening candidates (both over the phone and face to face) and scheduling trials.


We're keeping an open mind as to the ‘perfect fit’ however envisage this role suiting a proven Recruitment or Talent Acquisition professional, or an established Recruitment/Talent Advisor looking for more ownership and/or further career advancement within an industry you enjoy. With iconic venues such as The Newport, Mr Wong, Felix, Fred’s, Ms G’s, Queen Chow and Coogee Pavilion in your remit, you’ll be working in a high-volume environment. To satisfy these volumes, you'll need to be organized, structured, and keep your cool under pressure.
