The Role

We have a fantastic career opportunity available for a passionate and motivated Operations Manager to join our family at the Establishment Hotel. We're a small team within a huge company and we rely on each other to get things done. In this hands-on role you will embrace our vision of delivering exceptional, genuine and personalised service that will make our guests stay memorable. In addition to managing the daily operations, you will work closely with the  Hotel Manager and Hotel Team Leader on other aspects of the operation including Reservations, Revenue Management, Human Resources and F&B. We will give you the empowerment to problem solve with confidence in your ability to effectively resolve delicate situations and implement solutions to overcome guest feedback and coach your team to do the same.


The successful candidate will be very well organised, have exceptional communication skills and the capability to build strong rapports with guests and Merivale colleagues. You will hold an RSA, be well versed in Sydney and Hotel Operations.
