An opportunity for a 12-month contract as an Event Producer has come up within our Event Projects Team.


The Role

Covering parental leave, we are looking for a creative and forward thinker who can produce, inspire and drive outcomes for our Merivale lead events and activations within our venues as well as off-site.

This role is a unique mix of HNW event management, Merivale lead activations, production, logistics, project management and most importantly delivering results! As an experienced Event Producer you will be responsible for leading the execution of a portfolio of Merivale events, with a focus on exceptional experiences.


It is all about having full ownership of projects including Merivale Commercial Activations and for a true generalist, someone who thrives in a commercially focused environment and enjoys a hands-on approach. It is important for this person to have the ability to manage key critical deliverables and outcomes that may get thrown your way. To be successful in this role you will have:

  • 5+ years experience in Events, ideally from a hospitality, entertainment or retail background
  • End-to-end project management
  • HNW Stakeholder Management
  • Proven financial acumen 
  • Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • A pro-active and flexible mindset with a great sense of humour
  • A passion for all things Merivale
